05.20.2009 - Postponed game/Next Games

So our last game got cancelled due to a scheduling conflict - sorry about the late notice and if I didn't get ahold of you it's because I don't have your number. Anyway, the game was rescheduled so our next two games are:

When: Monday, May 25th, 2009 @ 9:30PM

06.29.2008 - "The Team", Next Games

So due to the lack of gamesheets while I was gone (I got some but not all) and the fact that the SSHL site isn't even accurate, I've decided to just link to their SSHL roster page. Even though it's wrong at least it matches our page.

Also, I've posted the rest of our games for July and what I think is likely the rest of the season. We'll see. Check the calendar for more info.

06.07.2008 - Schedule posted for all of June

Hey, so the SSHL has finally updated their schedule for the next batch of games and I've updated our calendar with the info. I'm going to be gone for the next 2 weeks so you guys will have to figure out some way to hang on to the game sheets for me (please).

05.28.2008 - OMGZ!! TWO GAMES POSTED AT A TIME!!

I don't know what has been flakier, the league's organizational skills or the officiating. Either way, the SSHL has posted 2 more games on our schedule. Here are the details for the next game:

When: Monday, June 2nd, 2008 @ 9:30PM

Please let me know if you're not going to be able to make it to the game well in advance.

05.22.2008 - Next Game May 27th vs. Maniacs

Played a reasonably solid game tonight, with Aaron scoring 5 goals (Safeway Score & Win anyone?) and Bobby assisting in 5. Jeff, our fill-in goalie for Brad while he's off in Fort Mac, played well for us despite coming off of a lengthy break, so let's keep it going and try to get the goals against a bit lower. Stats are updated in the "The Team" link above.

When: Tuesday May 27th, 9:30PM

So I'm a little late with the update here, but our next game has been posted. I realize it's super annoying getting out schedule one game at a time, but it seems like the SSHL is a bit behind the league this year.

05.14.2008 - Practice on Monday

Alright, so after coming out of that intensely dirty game with a W, Brad's set us up with a practice. Here are the details:

05.11.2008 - We didn't win!

At least it was only an exhibition game - either way, we need to get together and bring out a big W for our next game. They've decided to add one more game as an exhibition, so we will have 3 exhibition games and then 13 regular season games.

Great first game

Winning is usually a struggle for us at best, so winning 5-1 is definitely an awesome start to the season. Nice work all!

The summer season has finally shown up.

05.21.2007 - New pictures added, a couple new games posted

Well, we're about 1/4 way into the season so far and our record is somewhat reasonable at 2-3 although I think we'd all like to see the numbers a bit higher in the W column. Also, only 1 of those games count toward our season total, so I suppose 0-1 is alright too. We need some more W's boys!

Also, last night I had a few of our players over to my place last night to do some warm up exercises and practice some other drills and routines. You can see pictures of this event here.

We've posted a few new upcoming games for May 24th, 29th and June 3rd. Check the event calendar for more information.

Other than that, no news to report.
